The THRIVE Child Development Centre Foundation/Fondation du Centre de développement de l’enfant was established in 1990 to raise funds to enable the expansion of services and programs for the children and young people served by the Centre. The Foundation’s focus has, at its core, the desire to support the creation of practical solutions to help children and young people be the best that they can be.

The Foundation plays a key stewardship role in supporting the Centre’s space, equipment, and special program needs. Many of the children, youth, and families who receive support through THRIVE have been touched by donors’ generosity through the use of specialized physiotherapy equipment, assistive communication devices, the equipment within our Play & Exploration Room, and a welcoming and accessible Centre, to name a few.
